    Here are some essential billing tips for you:

    • Your first bill is calculated from the date your account was activated till your bill date. From the next month onwards all bills will be calculated for the entire month.


    • Your Bill amount includes all your monthly rental charges, your usage charges for calls, SMS, data and roaming.


    • If you have any free minutes/SMS/data along with your tariff plan, standard tariff rates would apply once your free units are over.


    • As per the Goods and Service Tax law, all telecom services will attract GST @ 18% wef 1st July’2017. This will be applicable on all bills raised on or after 1st of July, 2017.

      Standing in queues to pay bills is now a thing of the past. With Vodafone Cash to Mobile service, you can pay your Vodafone bill on the go by simply sending an SMS. Simply follow the steps given below and get one thing off your to-do list.
      • Register for mobile banking with your bank
      • Once registered, your bank will provide you with a 4-digit Mobile Banking Pin (MPIN)
      • If required, you can also contact your bank to download the mobile banking application and make your payments without any restrictions for your Vodafone Bill

    What is an Itemized Bill?

    An Itemized Bill gives you a break-up of your local, STD & international calls, SMS, monthly rentals and download details along with destination number and call duration. It helps you keep track of your expenditure.

    Activation Process

    • Log on to My Vodafone and activate the service
    • To activate - SMS ACT IB to 199(toll free)
    • To deactivate - SMS CAN IB to 199 (toll free)
    • TAT for Activation/Deactivation of Itemized bill service is 48hrs
    • Call 199

    Charges:

    There is a nominal charge of Rs. 49 / month for Itemized Bill.

    How can I opt for SI (Standing Instructions) or ECS (Electronic Clearance System)?
